According to what was stated in Faculty Council No. (458) (dated July 25 ,2022), approval was granted to update the criteria for selecting the Program Coordinator in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Educational Program Evaluation and Accreditation Manual for higher education institutions, as well as the new unified regulations of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center and Quality Assurance Units at the faculties of Benha University, effective from April 28, 2022. The committee approved that the selection criteria should be as follows:

1. Has a distinguished scientific record in their field of specialization.
2. Possesses administrative and leadership skills, as well as skills in innovation, communication, discussion, and persuasion.
3. Has participated in student activities and services.
4. Has contributions in the fields of quality assurance, development, and accreditation.
5. Has the ability to form and manage a work team.
6. Has completed, or is willing to attend, training courses, workshops, and specialized seminars in quality systems, development, and accreditation that qualify them to perform their duties.
7. Has a good understanding of the program, its learning outcomes, its alignment with labor market needs, and is familiar with the descriptions of the program’s various courses.
8. Is cooperative and maintains good relationships with colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.
9. Has a professional record that reflects commitment and integrity.
10. Is well acquainted with the requirements, regulations, and laws governing the educational process.
