The academic year is divided into three semesters:

1. Autumn Semester: 15 weeks, beginning in the third week of September.

2. Spring Semester: 15 weeks, beginning in the second week of February.

3. Summer Semester (optional): 8 weeks, beginning in the first week of July.

Registration for postgraduate studies is generally opened twice a year:

• First: January 1–15

• Second: August 1–15

Students must register for their courses at least two weeks before the beginning of the semester. Registration closes at the end of the first week of classes, and no registration will be permitted thereafter. In such cases, the student will be considered discontinued from study, and the necessary procedures will be taken accordingly.
