The College Administration (Legal Affairs Department / Student Affairs Department) announces to all students against whom "cheating reports" or examination violations have been recorded that they must attend and appear before the Initial Disciplinary Council Committee.

⚠️ Very Important Notices:

1️⃣ The student must attend in person; attendance by a representative is not permitted.
2️⃣ Students must bring proof of identity (the current academic year's university ID card or national ID card).
3️⃣ This announcement shall be considered an official notification to all concerned students.
4️⃣ If a student fails to attend at the specified date and location, the Disciplinary Council shall have the right to review the report, make a decision, and impose the appropriate penalty in absentia. The student shall not have the right to file a grievance on the grounds of being unaware of the session date.

We urge all concerned students to comply with the requirement to attend at the specified date and time.

One Last Chance Before the Start of the Academic Year

Exceptional Military Education courses have been organized for female students.

Female students who wish to join the course are requested to promptly register their names on the Military Education website, for students in the first and second years, in both regular and specialized programs.

Please register promptly, as this is the final opportunity before the start of the academic year.

Important Notice (As Previously Announced More Than Once) ⚠️

- Regarding female students in the first and second years, in accordance with the implementation of the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities, female students will not be allowed to register on the Ibn Al-Haitham System (for the third year) until they have completed the National Education course.

- Regarding newly enrolled male students this year, they will not be admitted to the college unless they submit Forms 2, Jund 6, and Jund 7, as applicable to each student's status.
